Title | Antarctic region satellite image maps |
Sub-Title | |
Data Summary | Between FY 1981 and 1988, we prepared a total of eight satellite image maps at a scale of 1:250,000 from image data (resolution 80 m) using a multi-spectral scanner (MSS) taken by LANDSAT 1 and 2. In response to the increased demand for new and high-resolution satellite image maps to ensure safe expedition operations, we published new satellite image maps in 2005. These maps are 27 image maps at a scale of 1:250,000 and a single image maps at a scale of 1:2,000,000,user color (ETM+)images(resolution 30 m) from LANDSAT 7 and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images taken by RADARSAT 1.nttdataccs |
